Tom grew up and lived in the Birmingham/Bloomfield area before coming to Petoskey many years ago to realize the dream of he and his wife, Denise as owners/innkeepers of the historic Terrace Inn in Bay View. With this background, Tom earned the privilege to represent buyers and sellers of cottages in Bay View. He has 25 years of executive level business management experience, including 10 years with a major Michigan building materials supplier. A Master's degree in Business Management complements this executive level experience. Tom takes great pride in utilizing his people skills to bring buyers and sellers together in a win-win relationship. This is accomplished by meeting the needs of customers in a professional and efficient way, always with a high degree of integrity. A sense of community finds Tom involved with Petoskey Rotary, Junior Achievement, Little Traverse Historical Society, Petoskey Ski & Tennis teams, and the Petoskey Chamber of Commerce. When Tom is not working hard to find the perfect property for his clients, he can be found with his family enjoying lakefront living and an active Northern Michigan lifestyle of skiing, biking, tennis, golf or boating.
